Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Motori (the "Platform"), a workshop management software provided by [NOMBRE DEL OPERADOR, S.L.]. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Motori is a management tool for workshops: vehicle intake, job cards, inventory, invoicing compliant with Spanish regulations, and customer communication.

The service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS).

2. Accounts and workshop responsibility

The workshop is responsible for its users' credentials and for activity under its account.

The workshop warrants that the data it enters (customers, vehicles, etc.) is accurate and that it has a lawful basis to process it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to access other workshops' data.

Inter-workshop parts exchange is carried out under the responsibility of the parties involved.

4. Invoicing and tax compliance

The Platform helps issue invoices in line with Spanish rules (VAT, simplified invoice, and VERI*FACTU-ready functionality). The workshop remains ultimately responsible for its tax obligations.

The workshop must retain its fiscal documents for the legal periods.

5. Intellectual property

The software, brand and design belong to [NOMBRE DEL OPERADOR, S.L.]. Data entered by the workshop remains the workshop's.

6. Data protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Regarding its customers' data, the workshop acts as data controller and the operator as processor.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Term and termination

The workshop may terminate at any time. On termination, the workshop may export its data for a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes are subject to the courts determined under applicable law.
